Damaged Items

Returns / Cancellations

Because many of our items are handmade, perishable, herbal, or body-related, all physical product sales are final unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Refunds for Physical Products

If you’re not satisfied with a physical product you purchased, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—either with a replacement or a refund.

Refunds for Digital Products

All digital products—printables, downloads, guides, templates, and files—are non-refundable due to their instant, accessible nature.

Sale Items

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated after a valid purchase, Homestead on the Hill reserves the right to dispute it and, if applicable, send any outstanding balance to a collections agency.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
